At La Luna Floral Studio, we want to make sure that our customers are happy with the items they've purchased. Each item is hand-crafted with a lot of attention and detail, and all photographs on lalunafloralstudio.com aim to be as accurate as possible. For custom orders, we will always work to the description given at the time of order, and if the requested flowers are not available or are not in season, we will let you know in advance and offer you alternative options.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please immediately email lalunafloralstudio@gmail.com with a description of any issues, and with supporting photographs.

You may be eligible for a refund if;

- The item/s you received were damaged
- You received the wrong order

Refund requests will only be considered if the item was received within the prior 30 days.

In the event that a refund is due, the buyer will be responsible for bearing the shipping costs associated with returning the items. All returned items must be returned in the condition that you received it.

Please refer to the care information provided with your items, so that you can maximise the lifespan of your purchase. La Luna Floral Studio is not responsible for items that are not cared for correctly.

Shipping Policy
How It Works
For nationwide delivery we use An Post Express. Once dispatched it typically arrives the following working day but please allow 3-5 working days for delivery from the time of order. We will provide tracking info once dispatched!
Where a custom order is placed, a delivery timeframe will be provided to you after ordering. You can request that your order be delivered, in which case it will be delivered within the timeframe agreed. You will also have the option to collect your order free of charge from Dublin 24.

The prices above relate to the shipping of single items - for example, a large bunch, or a vase arrangement. In the event that you order multiple items, additional shipping charges may apply, and will be calculated on a per-package basis using the above delivery rates.
